For nine years, National Geographic has combed the globe to find the Adventurers of the Year, each selected for his or her extraordinary achievement in exploration, adventure sports, conservation, and humanitarianism. National Geographic wanted to create a narrative piece that not only highlighted the Adventurers of the Year but told writer & filmmaker Fitz Cahall’s story.
We were ecstatic to join Fitz from Duct Tape Then Beer, National Geographic Adventure and Subaru to work on a piece that speaks to the root of why we are adventurers ourselves. Fitz says “Live life on your own terms. Do it on a daily basis. Do it unapologetically. Do it with love.” We couldn’t agree more.
